I assist students and adults facing challenges in managing their work due to ADHD, diagnosed Executive Function deficits, or other learning differences. • What are EF skills and why are they important in all facets of life?
Executive Function refers to the essential self-management skills enabling individuals to attain their goals. To successfully navigate the escalating demands of school, work, and life, individuals need to adeptly handle their emotions and attention, organize and plan their tasks and time, and adapt their strategies in response to changing circumstances. Our objective is to enhance effectiveness by imparting skills that extend beyond current challenges. Coaches employ real-life situations from school or work to develop these crucial Executive Function skills.
  • Do you work with adults who have diagnosed ADHD?
An adult diagnosed with ADHD may benefit from executive function coaching because ADHD often involves challenges in executive functioning skills. A coach works collaboratively with adults diagnosed with ADHD to develop practical techniques for managing time, setting priorities, organizing tasks, and enhancing overall executive functioning. The goal is to empower individuals to navigate daily life more effectively, reduce stress, and improve overall well-being.
